The idea of designing this solution was to allow the company’s customers to keep involved with information, documents and concentrating the communication with the company in a unique place as well. Therefore, reducing calls, e-mails and doubts after sharing common questions and answers. User-Centered Design was the strategy key to this project through which it was possible to understand the customer’s needs and desires, to define the journey and also map the main touch-points.
